Is it possible to get a ticket description to pull separate records to create a new contact record?

The problem: I am trying to integrate two wix websites with one hubspot portal with syncsmart.io. This is not possible to do. I am trying to have forms from both wix sites to populate the contacts records in the one HubSpot portal.
The Idea: I am receiving notifications from the one website that is not integrated with the HubSpot portal in my outlook inbox. HubSpot is capturing these notifications as tickets. The form submission properties from the wix website is contained in the ticket description.
The question: I am wondering if the Operations Hub would make it possible to separate the ticket description into contact properties, separating first name, last name, email, etc..

@CRoderigue , happy Thursday!

Thanks for reaching out to the HubSpot community!

With Ops Hub Professional, it is possible to create a custom coded workflow action. It would take the help of a developer to determine if parsing out a ticket description and creating a contact record with different elements of that description and recoginizing them as different contact properties is possible.

I’d like to tag some experts in Ops Hub and Workflows to see if they might have seen this before. @himanshurauthan, @MandyDROS - do either you know if this might be possible to achieve in a custom-coded workflow action?

Another option to consider could be to use HubSpot forms on your Wix sites. You could add the HubSpot tracking code on each site and then embed a different HubSpot form on each site to organize and capture your leads.

Hope this helps the conversation get started!

All the best,
