I am tasked with migrating legacy CRM cards to app cards for a client but have no sandbox examples to run the migration test against and no way to create a new legacy public app to provide this baseline.
Are there any workarounds for this issue?

Great question, and this is a tricky migration scenario given the constraints around legacy app creation.
To clarify, HubSpot’s legacy/classic CRM cards are being deprecated and will be sunset on October 31, 2026. You can find more on this here:
