Is it possible to automate a theme purchase via Private App?

We are launching a new service package that will include a theme from the marketplace. Is there a way to let users log in via a private app and automate the purchase and installation of the theme in the selected account? Do HubSpot endpoints have that flexibility? If possible, we are interested in hiring an API/Private App specialist for this. Thanks!

@Antonio_Phrutos the little bit we looked into this it is not possible because the payment/transaction is not managed from their account details, it is via your selected provider (paypal/stripe) and they have to manually enter their payment details.

Since there isn’t any API available for theme installation, it’s not possible to process this kind of automation.

@himanshurauthan I second what @Jnix284 asked in your thread. It would be really interesting to know if it could be done.

For example, we are planning to build funnels that will sell a service as a package, and a theme would be part of that. Once we qualify the prospect, a workflow can start with an email, asking them to log in with the HS account and pay in full for the service package, so the private app can buy and license the theme for them. As long as we have the full payment done first, we can use our own financial accounts to make a theme purchase right after, which can protect the customer data by not passing that info around so much.

Chain of events:

1. Log into HS

2. Pay for the package in our portal

3. App purchases the theme with our financial account

4. App licenses the theme into the logged account

5. Further automation can happen in Clickup, etc…

This can save a ton of time and can avoid human mistakes on the way.
