Is it possible for Japanese to get HubSpot certification in an English speaking country?

Thank you for your hard work. I am Japanese, but is it possible for me to get HubSpot certification in an English speaking country?

English version has over 30 qualifications, but Japanese version only has about 10. I hope Japanese users can also take English qualifications to meet the Elite requirements.
