HI @Shwetai,

Are you referring to marketing emails sent to your internal company email addresses? You can get a list of all IPs that emails from HubSpot may come from in the email marketing tool. Navigate to the email section of HubSpot. In the left sidebar, you should see the following options:

 ![39116i9AB08CA4917A92BE.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/0/7/07e9f4fb96a664f1b11c9bce3cf0900f4c2a4149.png)

(You can find more information on allowlisting here: [Not receiving HubSpot system or notification emails](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails))

If you’re referring to emails sent from your HubSpot portal to external contacts, you want to make sure that you’re using DMARC with HubSpot: [Manage your email authentication](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/can-i-use-a-dmarc-policy-with-hubspot) DMARC is an email authentication protocol, designed to help you protect your email domain against unauthorized use. It also positively affects sender reputation and deliverability.

Hope this helps!

Hello @Shwetai ,

[Allow listing](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/contacts-not-receiving-your-marketing-emails) within your organization will only impact marketing emails sent to contacts within your org. Allow listing can be helpful if you are including internal/employee contacts as recipients within your marketing email sends, as it will help get those messages past your internal filtering mechaniusms. If you and experiencing internal delivery or deliverability issues, we also suggest [adding HubSpot to your email sending domain’s SPF record](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/do-i-need-to-add-hubspot-to-our-spf-record).
