How do I remove dynamic IP adresses? I have looked at the existing documentation. Is there a way to remove dynamic IP adresses?

Hey @dhulet,

Were you able to resolve this issue? If you are still working on this, can you provide more context around if you are looking to remove the HubSpot tracking code from your site, if you are looking to block your IP addresses from being included in HubSpot, or something else?

Thank you,

Jenny

sorry, but no. I wasn’t able to resolve the issue.

I found that with dynamic IP addresses there really isn’t a way to filter out IP addresses. The only way I could filter it out would be to click a link froma different website.

Hi @dhulet

Dynamic IP addresses, by their very nature, change regularly. Therefore, the only way to filter out a user on a dynamic IP is to filter out the entire subnet range they are on in. In some cases, this may be an acceptable approach, but it others it may remove data for a lot of valid users.

Hope this helps.

Where do I find the entire subnet range? Or can you give an example. Thanks.
