For Sales people our HubSpot app gives direct recommendations how to communicate in various sales related situations. Works like a charm! For Marketing, we usually split the audience to introverts and extroverts and recommend creating different kind of contents to them (big picture and hype for extroverts, details and facts for introverts). Usual uplift is 30+% in open, click and reply rates. On my free time I’m into triathlon and skiing. Did even one decathlon last year. Thanks Victor Becerra for the comment and question! In my opinion the most important thing is to get first-hand feedback by yourself. Be active, go out, talk to people, pick up the phone. Sure, you’ll need online campaigns, funnels, CTAs and conversions, but nothing beats, in the beginning, a good ol’ hard work. It may go against your natural traits to be out there gathering feedback, but it definitely has a great value and you’ll appreciate the gathered content and the experience later on! If you do >10 minute 1to1 interviews, it might make sense to use Traitspotter when preparing your questionnaire/presentation to get the maximum of the interviewee.
