We just released the HubSpot Sales Plugin, a free plugin that connects your HubSpot to Claude. Prep for calls, log meeting notes, draft follow-ups, and review your pipeline all in the same conversation.
If you’ve never connected HubSpot to Claude, installing the plugin handles it. If you’re already using the HubSpot connector for Claude, the plugin adds eight pre-built skills on top of it to make tasks even easier.
What’s included:
-
Call Prep: Before any call, ask for a full brief to prepare: deal history, recent notes, open tasks, and company context pulled from your CRM.
-
Daily Brief: Start each morning with a prioritized view of open deals, overdue tasks, and stalled contacts
-
Log Call: Debrief after a call in plain language. Claude captures the notes, updates the deal stage, and creates any follow-up tasks.
-
Follow Up: Draft follow-up emails based on deal context and call history. The draft is saved to HubSpot, where you can send directly or schedule a send time.
-
Pipeline Pulse: Get a snapshot of your pipeline: what’s stalling, what’s missing a next step, and what needs attention
-
Contact Lookup: Pull up the full profile on any contact in your database, including deal status, lifecycle stage, last interaction, and open tasks. Take action directly in the chat.
-
Import Contacts: Quickly add new contacts into HubSpot from a CSV, pasted list, or email. Claude handles automatic field mapping and deduplication.
-
HubSpot: Catch-all skill for quick lookups, field updates, and CRM questions.
Run any skill with a slash command like /call-prep or /daily-brief, or just ask in plain language. Before Claude writes anything to your account, it shows you the proposed change and asks you to confirm.
