Hi everyone! I’m Elissa. I’m currently transitioning into Revenue Operations and building on my background in business operations, client service, and process improvement.
I’m especially interested in strengthening my skills in data management, reporting, CRM systems, and using data to identify problems and make better business decisions. I’ve been building my skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and I’m excited to learn more about how those tools and concepts apply specifically within RevOps.
I’m still pretty new to the RevOps space, so I don’t have a favorite RevOps resource to recommend just yet—but I’m hoping that changes soon!

- What’s your current role? I work for a small restoration company doing mostly Marketing but that also means Sales strategy, Customer Experience, Data analytics, Tech Support, and Some personnel…all the hats.
- What industry do you currently work in? Restoration …I believe would fall under construction but it’s really different.
- What excites you most about Data Management & Reporting? I like being able to point to the evidence, “this is/is not working, see?” I studied GIS in college, there is something beautiful to breaking down a complex concept and being able to chart it so the answer makes sense to someone who is not in the weeds of it all.

I usually watch how to’s on youtube if there is something I need to know how to do, I haven’t yet jumped into the deep end of revops as a whole, but I’m here for it!
- Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? Always. I am showing the relationship between our marketing touches and the leads incoming from that arm of the business. There are technically 3 different brands that operate with a different marketing styles. I pulled data from our very old CRM and have build a dashboard showing what’s going on with leads in each business.
