Hi everyone — Andre here. Marketing specialist in New Hampshire, working through the RevOps certification. Background in B2B sales in telecom, now moving into operations. Here to learn. Good luck to everyone.
Hi everyone!
I’m currently learning Revenue Operations (RevOps) through HubSpot Academy and exploring how businesses can better align their people, processes, systems, and data to drive growth.
I’m particularly interested in data management, reporting, CRM, sales processes, and cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Service.
I’m looking forward to learning from everyone here, sharing ideas, and applying what I learn to real-world business situations.
Great to meet everyone! ![]()

Best,
Hi everyone! I’m Krishna, based in Vancouver.
I currently work in business development and sales for a digital marketing agency, where I’ve been involved in everything from client acquisition and account management to CRM and process improvement. I’ve also had hands-on experience working with HubSpot and helped with a Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration.
What interests me most about data management and reporting is learning how to turn CRM data into something teams can actually use, not just dashboards for the sake of dashboards, but better visibility into the pipeline, cleaner processes, more reliable forecasting, and better decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success.
I’m also currently learning more about workflow automation and AI, particularly using tools like n8n, clay, apollo and claude api. So I’m interested in how those capabilities can fit into a broader RevOps strategy without making processes unnecessarily complicated.
I’m hoping this study group helps me develop a stronger understanding of RevOps best practices, especially around data quality, reporting, CRM architecture, and automation, while also learning from how others are applying these concepts in real organizations.
Looking forward to learning with everyone!
Hi everyone,
I’m Wijdan Timoor, a certified GTM Engineer with 3+ years of experience building GTM and RevOps systems.
I run two agencies: one focused on tech (web development, app development, custom software, AI automation) and another focused on GTM (outbound automation and RevOps systems). Both have full in-house teams with experienced professionals who bring years of expertise in their respective fields.
Looking forward to getting to know you all!
My current role is an operating manager for an apartment complex. I am excited to help figure out and solve ways to make companies more efficient. I am hoping to switch to sales and revenue manager position and to get more knowledge for that.
Hi everyone ![]()
What’s your current role?
I’m a Partner focused on Strategic Development with Arden Hill Partners, and I also work with small and mid-sized businesses on operations, bookkeeping, process improvement, and growth strategy.
1. What industry do you currently work in?
My background spans healthcare leadership, financial services, and business operations. Today, most of my work is centered around financial services and helping businesses improve their financial and operational infrastructure.
2. What excites you most about Data Management & Reporting?
I’m interested in turning data into information that actually helps leaders make decisions. I’ve spent much of my career managing operations, budgets, teams, and performance, so I’m especially interested in improving how data is captured, organized, reported, and ultimately used to drive revenue and operational decisions.
3. Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend?
I don’t have one specific resource that I consistently follow for Data Management & Reporting yet. That’s actually one of the reasons I joined this community—I’m looking forward to learning what resources others have found valuable.
4. Is there any new content that you’re working on right now?
I’ve been developing content around bookkeeping, financial readiness, and the operational side of running a business—particularly helping business owners better understand their financial data and use it to make better decisions.
5. What are you hoping to get out of this study group?
I’m working to deepen my Revenue Operations skill set and become stronger in the systems, data, and reporting side of business operations. I’m hoping to learn from people who work in RevOps every day, sharpen my HubSpot capabilities, and better connect my existing leadership and operational experience with modern RevOps practices.

I just completed a BA in and have been working on a series of analysis, design, and production tasks for a some hedgefund subsidiaries. I haven’t defined my industry, which is why I’mexcited about this course. I think it is relevant in almost any field. I have a lot of podcasts I really enjoy, but they’re not field-relevant ![]()
I’m currently working on building out a significant art collector’s web presence, including website consolidation and SEO. I’d love to see how other people are using this course, if they are specifically RevOps interested or have broader intentions in mind. Good luck!

Hello, my name is Carmine Fonzo. i’m Italian and i’m 33 years old.
What’s your current role?
I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and I am currently finishing my Master’s degree in Digital Marketing. Alongside my studies, I am an Automation Builder, engineering custom workflows using n8n and JavaScript to bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
What industry do you currently work in?
I have hands-on experience in the hospitality sector through my family’s business, but my technical focus and specialization are entirely dedicated to the Marketing Automation industry.
What excites you most about Data Management & Reporting?
The ability to automate repetitive business processes. I view computer science and IT not just as technical fields, but as crucial tools to navigate business logic. By automating the heavy lifting, we save precious time, allowing entrepreneurs and teams to focus entirely on high-value, strategic activities.
Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter?
I highly value the resources on freeCodeCamp. It has been instrumental in helping me develop my JavaScript skills, which are fundamental for building custom logic into my automations.
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now?
Yes, I recently started documenting my automation builds to create a video portfolio. Currently, there is only one automation available on my YouTube channel, but more are on the way. By adding this high-level HubSpot training to my skill set, I plan to integrate this tool into my tech stack to build increasingly complex and effective automations. You can find my first video here:
What are you hoping to get out of this study group?
My ultimate goal is to combine my business knowledge with IT and agentic AI, creating a truly transversal professional profile. I want to master CRM and RevOps logic here so I can seamlessly connect business goals with advanced computer science solutions.
Nice to meet you all.
Hey everyone, I’m Adam. I’ve spent most of my career in sales and operations leadership in beverage manufacturing and distribution.
I’m fairly new to HubSpot and RevOps as a formal discipline, but a lot of what interests me about it overlaps with work I’ve done around sales process, pricing, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and using data to make better decisions.
What excites me most about data management and reporting is getting past dashboards that just tell you what happened and building reporting that actually helps someone decide what to do next.
I don’t have a favorite RevOps resource yet, so I’m definitely open to recommendations.
Right now I’m working through HubSpot’s RevOps training and getting hands-on with CRM setup, pipeline logic, properties, and reporting instead of just trying to memorize the material.
Mostly hoping to learn from people who are actually doing this work, ask some questions along the way, and get better at translating the concepts into something useful in the real world.

I reviewed your LinkedIn profile and the information visible there, including your current Sales Manager role at Hydrofab Services in Qatar, your industrial-products content, and your 32 years of industrial experience. Your profile also highlights your engineering and business background, sales leadership, digital marketing, and work across industrial products and solutions. (LinkedIn)
Here is a polished introduction suitable for a LinkedIn About section, professional profile, consultancy introduction, or speaking introduction:
Professional Introduction
I am R. Anandh, a Mechanical Engineer and MBA professional with 32 years of experience in industrial sales, marketing, business development, customer relationship management, and technical solutions across diverse industrial sectors.
Over the course of my career, I have worked at the intersection of engineering, sales, marketing, procurement, operations, and customer service, developing a strong understanding of how industrial businesses actually generate revenue and serve customers. My experience covers industrial products and solutions including hydraulics, hydraulic hoses and cylinders, seals, filtration, valves, instrumentation, process equipment, mechanical products, and MRO solutions, with extensive exposure to Oil & Gas and other industrial markets.
Currently, as Sales Manager at a leading Hydraulics company in Qatar, I focus on developing industrial product and service opportunities, building customer relationships, identifying application-based solutions, and connecting technical requirements with commercially viable solutions. My work includes hydraulic systems, cylinder repair and servicing, filtration solutions, accumulators, hoses, sealing solutions, and other engineered industrial products.
One of my key strengths is technical sales combined with business understanding. I believe successful industrial selling is not simply about selling a product—it is about understanding the customer’s application, identifying the underlying problem, proposing the right technical solution, demonstrating value, and developing a long-term relationship.
Over the years, I have also developed a strong interest in Sales Excellence, Operational Excellence, RevOps, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled business solutions. I increasingly focus on how technology and AI can improve traditional sales processes—from lead generation and CRM discipline to RFQ management, quotation follow-up, inventory monetization, customer engagement, KPI management, and revenue growth.
My current professional interest is therefore moving beyond conventional industrial sales toward Industrial B2B Transformation, where I combine my three decades of practical business experience with AI, analytics, automation, digital marketing, and process improvement.
I also share practical knowledge through my “Inside Industrial Products” newsletter, covering mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, electronics, automation, hydraulics, and MRO products—not merely explaining what a product is, but examining how to specify it, select it, apply it, troubleshoot it, and procure it correctly.
My philosophy is simple:
Engineering knowledge + Sales experience + Business understanding + Digital technology + AI = Practical business transformation.
After 32 years in industrial business, my objective is to use that experience not only to sell products, but to help organizations improve sales performance, reduce revenue leakage, optimize operations, strengthen customer relationships, monetize inventory, and build smarter B2B processes.

This version positions you more strongly than simply saying “32 years in sales and marketing”—it presents you as an experienced industrial B2B sales professional evolving into a Sales Excellence / RevOps / AI transformation consultant, which aligns well with the direction you’ve been developing recently. If you want, I can also create a much more powerful 150–200 word LinkedIn “About” version designed specifically to attract industrial clients and consulting opportunities.
