Hello! My name is Kristina and I have worked in sales operations for most of my career. Supporting sales and partners from solar inverters to HVAC retrofits, I’ve been through it all. Being apart of the big picture, establishing best practices and scalable processes and continuing to evaluate, document, enhance and communicate effective processes so that together, as a sales team, we can perform more efficiently as the business continues to scale, is what I love most about being in sales operations. Having an active CRM helps to acheive all the above.
