Hi my name is Megan and I’m the Sales Ops Manager at a small SaaS company working on growing its learning technology. I’ve been using HubSpot for the last 3 years but was never officially trained in it. I am the current admin and have implemented lots of workflows and created reports/dashboards but thought it would be a good idea to see what I’ve been missing that can help our sales team.
