- What industry do you currently work in? HubSpot Consultancy
- What excites you most about RevOps? The bigger the company, the easier to loose focus and see the main picture. Optimizing operations to increase growth is a whole company project, but usually seen or persued by marketing. There’s a shift in the vision involving growth and it’s RevOps.
- Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other RevOps professionals? Following Jen Spenser (SmartBug), podcast: RevOps with Jordan Hendenson. Books: I liked “Work clean” (Dan Charnas) because to grow we need to clean up what’s not working
(apllicable to all aspects in life) - Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? Yes! we are building a RevOps/Growth program for clients.
- What are you hoping to get out of this study group? What are the main issues/strugles other companies encounter when searching for Growth. Are they looking for guidance/coaching/consultancy? If not, would you think having a RevOps program to buy 'll be usefull?
