Hello everyone! My name is Michelle and I’m currently the Marketing Operations Manager for edcetera, within the B2C/B2B continuing education space. I love the mix of science and art in data management and reporting. You can count on it (hopefully), and it can predict the future. My role is new the company, so I definitely have my dectective hat on right now. Workflows, sources of truth, many, many reporting sources… a tale as old as time. I’m hoping to learn as much as possible from other rev ops teammates. I know what I know and I’m clear there is a lot more out there. Looking forward to meeting you!
