Ran into this problem, as well. My company is small, so there are people on multiple teams. I was trying to figure out how to send an internal email via workflow to a group email, such as operations@company.com, but I’d have to create a new user to do that (which seems silly). I have turned to trying to send via the Hubspot team and have landed here.
