Internal email survey using contacts as answers

I would like to send an internal email that will contain a multiple choice question, when each option is a contact under the account.

For example, if a company called “World” has 3 contacts: John, Sarah, and Jane then an internal email will be sent to the account owner with a question and the answer’s options will be:

a. John

b. Sarah

c. Jane

Is that possible using the email templates and token?

Not possible, I don’t think.

There is no personalisation token that automates the insertion of a companies associated contact names.
