Internal Company Survey

Hello -

I am looking for help on creating/finding a system or feature that can help with an internal survey of a CRM Company.

Currently, we have consultants providing services to companies that are recorded in our CRM. We would like consultants then to fill out a survey about how they thought the service went, what can go better, etc. We would love for this to show in the company’s profile so that other members of our staff can also view it.

Do you have any ideas on how to set this up? We currently use Survey Monkey to send a post-service survey to the actual client contact. But we have not found anything can be internal and tied to the company profile.

Hi @MWolf6 ,

Have you considered using a HubSpot form for this survey? Company Properties can be displayed on HubSpot forms, so all of the response data could be collected on the company record, and you could also create a property group for the survey, so that all of the responses would be grouped together on the company record.

Hi @trevordjones!

Thanks for your response, I tried that and was forced to put an email on the form. I then tried a test submission with a fake company and my email address. Once I submitted a form, my email is now associated with the fake company which I was trying to avoid. Is there a way to make sure my email doesn’t get associated with the company we are leaving a review for?

I think you can use a workflow to remove the contact?

Hi @MWolf6 ,

Unfortunately there really isn’t a good way to avoid entering an email address on a HubSpot Form. I would submit the form using the email address of your principal contact at the company, or the person you are talking to when you conduct the survey. Use an incognito browser, so that it isn’t connected to cookies on your computer.

If that doesn’t work for you, you could use a Google Form with a Zapier integration to update a company record when there is a new submission in the Google Form.
