Integration of the telephone system via private app

Hello Community,
We would like to connect our Cloudphone telephone system with Hubspot via a private app. There are Hubspot connectors in the Cloudphone. My question is which areas have to be selected in the private app so that incoming and outgoing calls are logged and displayed in the activities. Is this generally possible with Hubspot using a third-party system? And if so, what is necessary in the settings?

  • Can you link to the documentation for the Integration you are using?
  • Is it listed in the Marketplace? Or is it a 3rd party integration not listed in the Marketplace?

How engagements are handled is largely up to the integration creator. For example, the Calling SDK was updated to create engagements automatically. You can find all the available scopes listed here — Scopes.
