Integration: Hubspot to Quickbooks based on "Closed Won"

I’m looking to create a workflow that when a deal is signed and moved to “Closed Won,” it intergrates and creates a new customer/contact in QuickBooks automatically. All the pertinent company/billing information in Hubspot woud then be available to bill directly from QuickBooks.

Everything I’ve seen for quickbooks integration is more of a mass data sync. I’d like it specifically tied to accounts moved to closed won.

Workflow: Move deal to “Closed Won” on HubSpot > trigger data transfer to QB - company name, billing info, contacts, etc.

@AJPalmerAllied do your deals have quotes associated?

If so, you can use workflows to trigger based on your closed won criteria to create an invoice in QB:

(this example uses different trigger criteria)

Have you tested out the functionality available in workflows after setting up the integration?
