After careful research, I know that it is currently not possible to trigger Teams Notifications based on the object “Lead”.
For instance, I want to notify the owner of an account when a lead on his territory is moving from one stage to another, or when a lead gets created corresponding to a target account etc etc.

I don’t have the teams integration installed here, but this is very doable in Slack using workflows. Just choose a Lead Based Workflow and set it up like this:

Indeed it seems to be working with Slack, but unfortunately, it’s not possible (yet) with Teams.
