# Integration between HubSpot and Intercom

Hi everyone! My name is Hallie and I’m a Program Manager on the CXM Team. I’m marking this as ‘Alternative Solution’ because there are a few integration options available with [Intercom in our marketplace](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/?eco_search=intercom). A couple specific ones to call out are:

1. [Intercom Data Sync](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/intercom-data-sync) - a HubSpot-built data sync integration that allows you to automatically sync data between Intercom and HubSpot
2. [Intercom](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/intercom) - Built and supported by Intercom, this syncs data between the platforms as well as sends leads from Intercom’s chats, and triggers workflows from Intercom conversations.
