Integrating Whatsapp with an AirCall Number

Hi everyone,

for teh last couple of days I tried to connect my Whatsapp Business (with an AirCall number) with Hubspot.

I am not able to receive the code that Facebook sends me when connecting the number with hubspot.

Is there a work around? When I call Facebook, Aircall or Hubspot each tell me that the other company is responsible..

It sounds like this issue is occurring when it comes to the Facebook/WhatsApp verification stages.

The account verification process is handled by WhatsApp and not by HubSpot so this will require support from Whatsapp to resolve that particular issue. I’d recommend reaching out to their support team for assistance with this.
