Hello everyone,
I’m developing an application on Bubble, and I’m responsible for the marketing strategy. My goal is to centralize and track various user data directly in HubSpot, such as sign-ups, last login dates, total usage time, and other key interactions. I understand that with proper field mapping, it’s possible to retrieve and associate this information with each contact in HubSpot.
Here are the specific points I’d like some advice on:
- What are the best practices for retrieving user data such as last login date, total usage time, and specific actions (e.g., purchases) in Bubble?
- How can I automatically send this data from Bubble to HubSpot using solutions like the HubSpot API or Zapier, ensuring that this information is correctly mapped to contacts?
- I’m particularly interested in creating trend graphs in HubSpot to observe user behaviors (e.g., changes in usage time, login frequency). Is this possible to do directly in HubSpot, or are there any limitations I should be aware of?
- If you have examples of workflows, API setups in Bubble, or suggestions for effectively visualizing this data in HubSpot, I’d greatly appreciate it!
Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions. Any shared experiences or useful documentation would also be very much appreciated!
