We are wanting to know if it is possible to integrate hubspot with an excel spreadsheet so that the excel spreadsheet automatically updates with the live data on hubspot.
I would like to the answer as well.
Thanks in advance!
I’ve tried this out before so you might want to consider using this. (Google Sheets HubSpot Integration - Quick Connect - Zapier)
Hi
If anyone is still interested in excel/gsheets integration, QuarterOne offer this as part of their sales forecasting application.
Welcome, @Chloe1 and @KT2000189.
I haven’t found any examples of successful integrations with Excel, but it certainly is possible with Google Sheets, as @hot_z mentioned.
This Medium post also outlines how to build a custom integration with Google Sheets yourself.
We just introduced a HubSpot connector for Excel in the HubSpot App Marketplace. The connector is built to refresh data on a regularly schedule basis. You can learn more at https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/marketing/analytics-data/excel-integration-216220
Hi!
I cannot find it in the marketplace is that correct?
Kind regards,
Dex
@dexholman Here is the link: HubSpot Marketplace
I can confirm it works, but you may need to log in to HubSpot before you can go to that page.
It’s not Excel, but our company does literally this for Google Sheets. We provide query APIs for your data, table builders, and keep all the data up to date: www.demandsage.com
Has anyone been able to integrate HubSpot with SmartSheets like they have done with Google Sheets?
Hi @Chloe1 ,
Have you tried this tool on market place? HubSpot Marketplace it is a spreadsheet editor on top of hubspot, which read live records and write changes back. Our customer success team uses it to manage custom properties 10 times faster, worth check them out.

The time is at 2024 and a new tool is now available to “automatically” export HubSpot to Excel.
Here is a blog post detailing step-by-step process in setting up the automation process.
Our company has adopted this approach as this tool has a free account to begin with.
Hope this helps.
Would this process work to export a single custom object record with approx 100 fields into an excel file that transposes the data; meaning each of the property names are in column 1 and corresponding value is in column 2? We need to do this.
Hi KSchmidt8:
If you’re referring to the process outlined in the article below:
then we believe it can handle 100 fields without any issue.
That said, I have to admit we have not tried using this tool in exporting “custom” objects in HubSpot to Excel.
You may give it a shot to see if it works.
CloudExtend has just launched ExtendInsights and it connects to HubSpot enabling you to export data on demand or even put it on a schedule. This connects to Excel desktop of Excel on the web. As of July 29, 2024 there is a 90 day free trial.
Full transparency, I work at Coefficient. Our 2-way HubSpot connector was built on Google Sheets first but has been available in Excel for over a year now. Tons of users leveraging it to build super cool things. You can find us on the marketplace as a Certified App, and check out the product and reviews here: HubSpot Marketplace
Alternatively, take a look at Skyvia (HubSpot & Excel Online - Integrate and Sync - Skyvia). We tested several 3rd-party tools, and Skyvia was the most cost-effective and easy to set up.
Yes, this is possible through third-party integration using Zapier. With Zapier, we can connect HubSpot to Excel, transfer data, and display live updates. I’ve already implemented this successfully for one of my clients in the past.
Hi @RidhiSharma2000 and welcome, we are so glad to have you here!
Thanks for your contribution on the Community!
When you mention Zapier, is this the Zapier integration you are referring to that you implemented for your clients, please?
Thanks and have a great weekend!
