I confess I don’t fully understand what you’re trying to acheive.
HubSpot Calling is available on Sales Hub or Service Hub.
To use HubSpot Calling you will need to be assigned a “Pro” License (available in Starter, Pro or Enterprise).
Hidden on this page (search for “Calling” and click on the “tick”) you can see how many minutes each plan gets.
