My biggest gripe with the current GoToWebinar integration is that if you don’t want your HubSpot form (to register for the webinars) to sit on a landing page, you have to ‘hack’ the form code to include the webinar’s unique ID/key (which we have to take from the GTW portal).
This is more challenging for junior members of our marketing department.
I’m confused as to why this isn’t an option with the integration. Would be great if the form had the same dropdown that the landing page does. Seems like a half measure.
I think this would be a great addition to the integration. We offer webinars to our customers on a weekly basis, which means the maintenance of the forms is a lot of work and time consuming. I currently use many forms that I have to connect to the respective webinar individually in order to be able to offer all webinars in our website.
I think if the integration gave me an option to display the webinars in a dropdown on a single form would be helpful to us and easier to navigate for our customers.
