Hola! alguien ha integrado mensajes de texto a conactos ? si es así cuál recomiendan para enviar mensjaes de texto automatizados? Entiendo que podía usarse con sales Pro , no necesariemante Mkt Pro

Hola @sofia83 espero estes bien.

En el mercado de aplicaciones encuentras todas las apps de sms disponibles[\> puede ver aqui.](https://app.hubspot.com/ecosystem/1231510/marketplace/apps/all-categories?eco_search=sms)

En HubSpot tienes la funcion siempre disponible, tanto en los workflows de Marketing o ventas

pero sera dependiendo de si es un sms interno o externo si necesitas una app integrada.

Generalmente un sms es mejor recibido de alguien del equipo de ventas,

que un mensaje generico de Marketing que puede terminar siendo SPAM.

De las apps disponibles Twilio suele ser la mas utilizada.

Have you considered using a contact center solution that integrations with HubSpot for SMS? Aloware is a great piece of software for this. It has a two way sync with HS and allows you to do basic business SMS, bulk SMS and SMS sequences which will help you with your use case.
