Anyone know what this error is about?
I just uploaded a reel that published successfully, and I’m now testing another one and getting this. The file is 606x1080 1m 27s… all files circa 50mb
This should work - it’s within IG requirements… and it’s the same res as the one that did work…
I really don’t want to have to do this natively 😕
I’ve read:

Is HS publishing out of sync with the actual IG requirements? Kinda unusable as is…

Hey @SWRoss,
Thanks for posting in the Community!
Per the [knowledge base article](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/social/create-and-publish-instagram-reels?_gl=1*4fy8e6*_ga*MTU1NjI2NjMzNS4xNzczOTI5NTE0*_ga_LXTM6CQ0XK*czE3NzM5MzQ4MzUkbzEkZzEkdDE3NzM5MzUwNzgkajMkbDAkaDA.#create-an-instagram-post-reel-or-story) you linked, as well as the error you shared (thank you for the screenshot - it’s often a huge help in diagnosing these types of issues), it appears the error may be caused by the video’s length. You’ll [see here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/social/create-and-publish-instagram-reels?_gl=1*4fy8e6*_ga*MTU1NjI2NjMzNS4xNzczOTI5NTE0*_ga_LXTM6CQ0XK*czE3NzM5MzQ4MzUkbzEkZzEkdDE3NzM5MzUwNzgkajMkbDAkaDA.#create-an-instagram-post-reel-or-story:~:text=When%20adding%20a%20video%2C%20it%20is%20recommended%20that%20each%20video%20is%20less%20than%201%20minute%20in%20length) in that article that “when adding a video, it is recommended that each video is less than 1 minute in length.” Because your video is 1 minute and 27 seconds, I’ve venture this is the culprit of the error.
I hope this helps!

Thank you for the reply. I think I’m just going to add these on Instagram on the web as they publish there okay.

I’ve come across these errors as well when posting Insta reels. The tricky part is that when you upload a new video within the restrictions, it still shows the error notification at the top of the page. That confused me first, but when you click on publish it doesn’t show the error(s) any more.

Ooh thank you. I will investigate that!
