I configured the Facebook channel for HubSpot conversations. I am receiving messages from Facebook but not from Instagram. I did everything as instructed but I just can’t make it work for Instagram. I am thinking is that even possible?
Can anyone help with advice?

I already tried everything from the lists. Numerous times now. It simply doesn’t work.
Can anyone here confirm they are successfully receiving Instagram messages in their inboxes?
1. Link your Instagram account to your Facebook Page.
2. Check that you have granted HubSpot permission to access your
Instagram account.
3. Disconnect and reconnect your Instagram account to HubSpot.

Can anyone check on their Facebook account (if their Instagram chat is indeed working with HubSpot), is this dropdown disabled?
Facebook page → Page settings → Advanced Messaging
In Messager receiver I am able to select HubSpot as “Primary receiver for handover protocol”. But for Instagram this drop down is disabled.
