Inside the Mind of a Master Procrastinator

What’s one thing you’ve been putting off that you know could make a big impact? We’ve all been there—pushing off tasks until the last possible moment. Tim Urban’s TED Talk, Inside the Mind of a Master Procrastinator, hilariously captures this all-too-familiar struggle. Urban shares a relatable dive into the chaos of procrastination: YouTube binges, Wikipedia rabbit holes, and staring at the ceiling. But he doesn’t just leave us laughing—he challenges us to reflect on why we procrastinate and what truly important things we might be avoiding. As founders and builders, procrastination can sometimes feel like a luxury we can’t afford—or maybe it’s something we battle more often than we admit. Launching my new website, but in reality, it’s more than that. I want to make sure that everything is set up properly with my tech stack. While it’s something that I do for clients, as a solopreneur, it’s been a large undertaking. So, I get pulled into different directions, and the site gets pushed off further into the list of to-dos. It’s a perfect example of “the cobbler’s children have no shoes”. --- This post was migrated from connect.com and was originally published at an earlier date.
