Insert Proposed Meeting Time - with FORM

  • Allows inserting a proposed meeting time in outbound emails.
  • Requires the customer to fill out the custom booking form fields before confirming that specific time.

When selecting the meeting option: ‘Insert proposed times’, when the customer accepts any of the given times, the meeting is automatically booked.

It would be great if the customer instead first needs to fill in the Meeting Template, so as to answer the questions in our Form, and only then be able to accept the meeting.

Otherwise, Insert Meeting time seems like a moot point, since Form is avoided and the meeting is booked directly.

Or at least have an option to insert a meeting link with proposed time, for example something like ‘…meetings?time=2pm&date=5Jun25’ or whatever the form of the link.

Thanks for the suggestion — completely agree! It would be much more useful if the customer had to fill out the form first before confirming a proposed meeting time. Right now, bypassing the form defeats the purpose of gathering important info upfront.
