We are looking to use Hubspot as the central core to operations at our business. We are a service business and there is high variability in the services delivered.
As such we need to include customer specific information in tasks.
I am wondering once I create custom fields in either the Company or Contact entities can I extract those values from those custom fields and insert them (token) into the Task notes using a workflow.
I know this funcationality exists for things like emails.

Short A: Yes, but only at Task creation time.

No way currently to ‘insert’ [your word] anything into existing Tasks using a HubSpot workflow.
