Insert a token into a link of a contact property into Sales Email Templates

I’d like to insert a token into a link which depends on my contact property.

I know it’s possible to do it in the marketing templates, but I can’t find a way to do it the Sales templates !

Uses cases :

1) Send a link with the parameters in order to pre-fill a sign-up, to retrieve some information…
2) Send a link with paramaters to track users

3) Send customized links : google doc, billing, dashboard,

Hmm, I beleive this is only possible via the HubSpot Marketing Hub.

@Brandsensations have shared some great CRM & Sales expertise - do you have any knowledge on if/how this could be acheived?

I can do it the same way as on a landing page or follow-up email on the marketing side.

I cloned a sales email template, then insert the part of the link, which remains the same for all recipients (e. g. www.brandsensations.com/ ) and then added the token ‘last name’.

I sent the email to myself and got in the message the link www.brandsensations.com/benner

which I clicked on - and got my 404 page as result, of course :wink:
