Input PDF File in a Marketing Email

Hello,

I am into the Marketing Section to send a group email to prospective clients but I am unable to do it because HubSpot CRM says “unsupported file”. Is there a way to make this possible?

Yes I can attached a file to an email when sent individually. But that would take time for marketing. I am hoping you can provide me solution for this. Thank you so much.

Hi @JuanH,

Have you tried uploading the file to the file manager, grabbing the link for the file from there and paste it into your email?

Hello, I have uploaded the files now in the files section. However, I still don’t know how to copy and paste them into a marketing email. Can you tell me how? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Greatly appreciate it.

Hi @JuanH,

Once uploaded, hover over the file, click the Details button and the right sidebar should open. You should see a Copy URL link in that sidebar.

You can link to this URL in your email.

Are we able to embed a preview, or a partial preview of the pdf? Or is this best accomplished with an image that functions as a link to the full pdf?

Hi! Can I upload a pdf that shows the image IN the email? Not just the URL for the file? Example: (Full Image) vs. Link to XYZ File
