The current Ideator badge series rewards users for submitting ideas, which is great for encouraging participation. To take this a step further, I suggest introducing additional badges that recognize idea quality and engagement.
For example:
- “Influencer” Badge: Earned when a user’s idea receives a certain number of upvotes or comments.
- “Trailblazer” Badge: Awarded when an idea is marked as “In Planning” or “Delivered.”
- “Collaborator” Badge: Given to users who frequently comment on and support others’ ideas.
These additions would encourage not just idea submission but also collaboration, discussion, and quality contributions. It creates a more dynamic, rewarding experience in the Ideas Forum while motivating users to stay active beyond just posting ideas.
