Indicator of what CHILD THEME a page is using.

Hey HS Product Team!

I’ve been loving the recent introduction of Child Themes and how they’ve improved over the past few months.

However, one challenge I have as well as many customers using the CLEAN Theme have is a clear way to understand what Child Theme a website page is currently using.

For example, if I go to the SETTINGS tab and then the Advanced Options dropdown where I can see the “Template used on this page” there is no way of telling if the template used is passing through a child theme. All I see is this:

If I click “Edit this Template” it will simply take me to the Parent Theme.

I’d love to see some information on what child theme, original theme, cloned theme, etc. is being used here in this view.

I’m in the Slack Dev community so hit me up if you have questions.

Thanks,

Kevin

This would be really nice to get as we are in active development with the Clean theme. I was thinking about this yesterday when looking at some of our pages.

This is a must for everyone using a theme!!

In case anyone else sees this while googling - on my end, you can see the child theme if you hit “edit” in the top left, randomly.
