My certificate is showing the name “Vidhika n/a”, but it should show “Vidhika Patni.”
I have already updated my HubSpot profile name and waited for it to sync, but the certificate is still incorrect. Could you please help me correct the name on my certificate?

Just to confirm that we’ve taken all of the necessary steps, would you mind posting a screenshot of how your name currently appears in your HubSpot profile?

Could you advise how I should share the screenshot?”
Include the exact profile name text: First name: Vidhika, Last name: Patni
Also, it has been about 24 hours since I have saved the change
