When I add my meeting link to an email it is always in the wrong font. I have Tahoma set in my user defaults to Tahoma 12. This happens when I use Outlook to send my email. Anybody know how to fix it besides always sending my emails through HubSpot?
I’ve seen this happen too. It’s usually not HubSpot but Outlook overriding the style.
A couple of things that help:
- Make sure your Outlook default font is also set to Tahoma 12, not just in HubSpot.
- If you’re using a signature template in Outlook, check the formatting there, links sometimes get their own style tag.
- Worst case, you can manually reformat the link in Outlook, but syncing both defaults usually solves it.
If you want consistency without fiddling every time, sending directly through HubSpot is the most reliable option, as it applies the branding settings as expected. But with Outlook, it’s more about making sure both systems agree on the base style.
