Incorrect display of form opt-in

Hi,

I have integrated a form that I use to generate sales leads on my website. Below it are two opt-ins, which are unfortunately only displayed in a very unattractive way. The display is not good, especially on Windows devices. See screenshots:

Form Opt-In on Windows (Edge)

What could be the reason for this and how could I fix it?

Thank you in advance for your support and best regards

Hi @YHerterich! Welcome to the Community-- happy to have you here

I can see how the opt-in options are quite misaligned with the checkboxes. Is this HubSpot form embedded on an external page? If so, could you provide a link and some context as to how you embedded it?

Additionally, when you view the standalone form, do you see the same formatting inconsistencies? This misalignment may be caused by the container it is held in.

I want to invite some subject matter experts to see if they have any suggestions.

Hey @Anton, @CarolinaDeMares do you have troubleshooting tips to share with form alignment? Thanks!

Best,

Kennedy

Hi @kennedyp,
thank your for your response and the warm welcome :slightly_smiling_face:
The Hubspot Form is embedded on the following page: tech11 Insurance Platform - Request a demo appointment now!
I have tried my marketplace design’s form module and Hubspot’s form module, the misalignment occurs in both variants.
The standalone form looks fine, no formatting inconsistencies. The container was my first guess to, so I started palying around with sizes, spacing and padding - unfortunately without success

@kennedyp Thanks for tagging me!
@YHerterich have you looked at the style & preview section in the hubspot form settings? If so could you confirm the preview looks good - something as simple as adjusting width and font size could be sometimes the solution.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi @CarolinaDeMares,
yes, the preview looks totally fine:

I have already varied the width and font sizes a little, unfortunately without success. I will try again!
If you have any other suggestions, I would be very happy :slightly_smiling_face:

Update/Info:

If I integrate the form as an embed link via a rich text field, the display is correct.

Are there any disadvantages with this method compared to embedding via the form module?
Thank you in advance and best regards,
Yannik

Hey @YHerterich! I am glad it looks well aligned when embedded via rich text. I am not aware of any obvious drawbacks to this method, but I recommend testing the form a few times from different devices with different emails to make sure they are tracking as expected.
