The objective is to assign a score of 10 points to individuals who choose to complete a feedback survey (hubspot Survey). I have been unable to locate any resources that would assist me in accomplishing this task. Initially, I considered establishing a HubSpot list of contacts who have submitted a feedback survey and utilizing that for lead scoring; however, this approach did not yield the desired results. I am interested in exploring potential options for incorporating HubSpot surveys into lead scoring.

Hi @FEixdeal, if you have any hub pro or higher then you can use lead scoring to do this.
Meaning, Sales Hub Pro, Service Hub Pro, Marketing Hub Pro etc… or higher.
The approach is to go to the lead scoring property (HubSpot’s default Lead Score or a custom field - it doesn’t matter which), then click edit.
Under Field Type you’ll see options for adding positive and negative scoring.
In your case, add 10 points to the positive when a survery is completed.
This can be done in a number of ways, but one example would be to check the contact’s Last NPS Survey Date. If known, then we know they’ve submitted one.
Replace “Last NPS Survery Date” with whatever survey related property that you wish to target, but that’s the idea.
Also, this depends on what hubs you are subscribed to and what precisely you’re aiming to acheive. So adding some of those details may help.

Thanks for asking! The list approach doesn’t work for me because I’m dealing with a large dataset that requires more dynamic filtering and sorting capabilities. Simply having a static list makes it challenging to manage and manipulate the data efficiently.
For example, I need to perform complex queries and apply multiple filters simultaneously, which isn’t easily achievable with a standard list. Additionally, I’m looking for a solution that allows for better visualization and real-time updates as the data changes.
