Incoming emails to Hubspot dissapear from Google Workspace

Hi,

I added new communication canal via Settings > Tools > Inbox > Inbox of type Gmail (we have Google Workspace in our organization).

Almost everything works fine – in HubSpot we have incoming emails, we can send emails. Sent emails are saved in Sent folder in Gmail.

But incoming emails to HubSpot are not saved in Gmail Inbox or any other folder.

What should I do to have a copy of incoming emails in Gmail Inbox? It looks like HubSpot deletes these emails from Gmail when they came to HubSpot inbox.

That shouldn’t happen, HubSpot would not delete emails in your non Hubspot inbox. I’m wondering if there is some custom rule that makes the email skips the inbox in your Gmail inbox? You can find that in Settings > See all settings > Filters OR if this was made directly from the forwarding rule, in Settings > See all settings > Forwarding
