The Activity Summary is great but without including NOTES it is not complete. Including Notes would give a fuller picture of the journey and having AI do it would save our team SOOOO Much time! Please add NOTES to the Activity Summary! ---

1000% yes. I can’t believe I came here to say the exact thing and you posted this 30 minutes ago. We sell facility services to companies. But each company will have 2 to 10 contacts. They might be sales, accounting, or operations, but also some of them are influencers. So when I use CoPilot to generate a company summary or activity summary, it does a solid job of summarizing the situation and activity. But once I have that info, it needs to be in notes and needs to be pinned at the top of all contacts and companies. At least there is a copy button. But I have to copy and paste the note, then change the association. This makes the process much longer especially when you have thousands of contacts to sort through. A button to just auto paste this into a note would be ideal and I’d love to be able to expand notes to all contacts under the same primary company. I haven’t figured out how to do that in a workflow or any other way. ---

Hi @MarketLauncher ! I’m a product manager here at HubSpot, and my team built the Activity Summary. I’ve confirmed that Activity Summary does take Notes into account when it generates a response; however, it looks at only the 50 most recently created activities. Would it be possible to give me an example were a Note wasn’t included in a summary so that we can explore adjustments to the logic? Thank you! @RThomas6 I believe you’re requesting a new feature that is different from the request here. Would you please create a new Idea for this? 😊 ---

Hi - In looking back at some examples - they are included but at a very cursory level. We have detailed notes on the record and it’s barely part of the summary - that’s why we thought they were not included at all. The other issue is we do a lot of RESEARCH on a contact and have not place to add that as an Activity. We can add it as Postal Mail - but I would love to see a RESEARCH Activity so that it also could be included in the summary. Thank you!
