Nice to have:
- Interaction details - 2 (like email body or meeting description)
It would be very helpful to be able to segment interaction by team to guage team performance. For example, our sales team includes Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Partner Sellers. It would also be nice to include level-2 data like email body or meeting descriptions to see what messaging landed. If this is not possible, then including the engagement ID would be helpful since that data can then be merged.
