The knowledge base is where we direct our customers too before they submit a request, and sees large amounts of traffic.
We’d love to be able to use the Knowledge Base to keep our users up to date with news via blog posts, however we can’t embed an RSS feed onto the home page.
Ideally, we want to be able to embed an RSS feed into the knowledgebase template.
