Include a link to the associated Ticket from an Inbox Conversation (in the right hand panel)

Currently, associated ticket links are included at the top of the conversation in the conversation inbox.

It is very easy to miss this.

Please also include a link to view the associated ticket in the right-hand panel with the Ticket details.
