After completing the test an error occured.
I did not get my grade, neither the certification (If I passed already).

Thanks for reaching out regarding this issue around the certification exam. Did you receive a follow-up email after taking the exam?
If you can give me your email I can look into it and see if you passed or not. On top of that, I will look into this and see if it is something more than a one-time incident.
