# Inactivated account

I received a mail yesterday that I should log in again or otherwise my account will be deleted on the 19.01.2025. I tried now to log in and then it says that my account is inactivated. Is there a possibility to reactivate my account?

If after checking these steps you still cannot login, you can also submit the form at the bottom of this article “[Log in to HubSpot](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/why-can-t-i-log-into-hubspot)”.
