Totally agree
diredct, clear, friendly, and professional.
A high-performing email with me is an email that is impressive the first time I see it in the notification. The element that can make it is the title and where is it from (who sent it). So I think the title is very important, we should be bold it and " shorter is better".The content of the email should be clear and have no gaps, no one who wants to read too many new words may find the content needed. Email design is also important, if possible, should contain images to reduce the amount of information in letters.
A successful email has a captivating and engaging subject line and content. It is short, concise, and helpful for the audience.
I would consider an email as a high-performing one if it:
- Attracts me at the first sight (by the subject line, such as: telling about the topic I’m into)
- Looks “human” (some add a lot of xx% off, or icons,…, making their emails look so robotic)
- Is clear and short
- Contains the information that I need
High performing emails have a singular focus that will encourage recipients to engage in the content. Some favorite elements include coupon codes, new offers, testimonials, new applications and usually there is an exciting piece of content such as a video link embedded that I can choose to view if interested. I find the best marketing emails are ones that I will even save for later if I’m checking work email during a busy day as I know it may be something my company could benefit from.
First you want to have the goal of your email in mind. Making sure your address is from a personalized work email, not an inf0@. Next your subject line needs to intice the customers, not using %off or free (resulting in spam lookalikes), but making sure it is short and sweet. Next your preview text should be a snippet of the main key points of relevance in your email. The email copy should have scan ability, having shorter paragraphs, bullet points or using bold print to work for the customers. Must have the right tone for the right persona, personalize when appropriate, make sure all spelling is acurate, and most importantly, have a CTA, perferably at the end of the funnel.
Sender: Company name
Subject line: creative, short
Copy: short paragraphs, bolded headlines, bullet points, hyperlinked images
CTA: in various parts of the email
High-performing emails have a concise subject line with 45-51 characters since the majority of people view emails on a mobile device. Leave out words like free or 40% off in the subject line to avoid spam.
Should be sent from a business email and personalized to the specific person if applicable. Only bold every so often on important key phrases.
Copy should be short paragraphs with plenty of white space to give the reader’s eyes a place to rest. There should be one subject for the email with a hyperlink and a CTA along with an image to break up the content. Make sure the wording doesn’t use too much industry jargon or filler words.
Subject line
Personal introduction (we need to say farewell forever to “Dear Sir”)
Topic of email, presented in a clear and concise way
Clear CTA
Link to relevant content, i.e. blog articles
Friendly sign-off
Successful marketing email is clear, concise and to the point. The info is personalized, the CTA is above the fold and the copy is relevant to the reader. Here is an example of one of our emails where the main info is above the fold:

High performing emails shoud be short, personalized, creative and clear. They should have a goal and one CTA should be used to promote that goal.
High performing emails are designed to create engagement and thus drive up the sales ratio
High performing emails are short and include the what and how of your product
Since taking this class, I have started to implement the changes to my emails and I am already seeing results. I have the intro personal, use a few bold bullet points of info and to close make it personal- I want to help you! It is working!!!
From: named sender/company name
Subject line: short and sweet - maybe use an active verb
Preview text: Supports Subject line to reinforce intent
Body copy: what you wnt the reader to do/why/how
CTA - the action you want the reader to perform
Image: high quality / reinforces the why
A successful email template will have an eyecatching headline + header image, strong body copy including bullet points, and a CTA button that is both easy to find and gives a clue as to what the reader is clicking on.
High-performing emails are focused on taking the essential parts of an email and making sure they’re optimized to drive your contacts toward your specific goal.
Example:
- Clear and concise title
- Relevant copy
- Call to action above the fold
Email to sent in such a manner that everyone should focus on the product like creativity
