In need of hubspot automation consultant

Hi,

I’m looking for an automation HubSpot marketeer to get some specialist expertise on a few matters for Intergiro. It’s mainly around workflows behind the contact form, quite urgently in need to prequalifying the incoming leads.

Let me know if someone can help out on consultancy basis.

Best,
Jelle

Hi @JvanSchaick,

The community is a great place to find solution partners. You can have a look at the community members by accepted solutions, this leaderboard will also tell you if they are certified HubSpot partner. (I currently don’t have any availability, otherwise I’d’ve sent you a message directly.)

Alternatively, there is the “official” HubSpot Solutions Directory and an “inofficial” [Link removed] where solution providers can offer their services.

Hope this helps!

Hi @JvanSchaick ,
I would be happy to discuss your project with you if you would like to book some time with me below or send me a message.

We have Marketing Hub Professional and Sales Hub Professional. I’m in need for some if/then branches for a workflow behind a contact form. I would like to send out different emails based on the input one provides via the contact form. This way I can pre-qualify leads based on geolocation and/or expected annual revenue.

Automation for lead prequalification is one of those areas where the setup looks simple but breaks fast if the logic isn’t right from the start, especially if you’re trying to score or route leads based on behavior + firmographics together.
A few things worth getting clear on before you build:
- What’s the source of truth for “qualified”? (form fields, engagement score, a combo?)
- Are you routing to a person, a sequence, or a deal stage?
- Do you need this to work retroactively on existing contacts, or just net-new?
The answers change the architecture pretty significantly.
I work with companies on exactly this — HubSpot workflow design and CRM adoption, specifically making sure automation actually reflects how your team works rather than just what HubSpot makes easy to configure. Happy to jump on a quick call if it’d help you think it through.
