Hi,

I am trying to do source tracking in depth to see where my contact came from eventBrite registrsations?

When I create a event within EventBrite and then i cpoy the URL from the EventBrite and create Tracking URL from hubspot and post the Ads on social media networks like facebook/Linkedin. Now when i click on the that link on the Facbook/Linkedin it takes me to the event link and then i clcik on Register. it will create a new contact on hubspot. Now when i go click on the contact and try to verify where the contact came from? since it is a Eventbrite event it will show as “Offline Sources from Integrations Platform” even though the event was posted to Facebook. Since the event will have the tracking codes made for Eventbrite, this is why it shows that instead of “Social Media”. So here comes my request is there a way for Hubspot developers to add this feature to Differetiate the Contacts that were created through EventBrite telling us, this contact was created via Evenbrtite Registration through social media network (facebook/linkedin). Even though it is Eventbrite registration i would like to know if the user clicked and regsitered to event via any social media networks. Appreciate any help, Thank you

Ok, it is now 2024 and both Calendly and Eventbrite inbound leads still show as “Offline Source”.

Could HubSpot reach out to those major players, when it comes to bringing in new Leads, and help them build proper integrations with their platform?

Typeform managed to do it, albeit requiring some extra manual configuration but what Eventbrite and Calendly bring in terms of solution nor Typeform or HubSpot natively bring.

Is the only solution abandoning HubSpot for Source analysis in favour of GA4, are HubSpot aware that those holes risk render their Marketing Analytics redundant?
